White, handmade; moulded. The paper mould manufacured two notes joined together which were cut vertically after printing. The cut or the sharp edge is either on left or right. The other three edges are uneven or deckle edges.

Wavy lines within a wavy rectangular panel. INDIA in centre and GOVERNMENT OF INDIA below. Vertical RUPEES inverted on either side. Plate number in an alphabet in lower left and week and year of manufacture in four digits on lower right.
