Signed by Governor in Hindi and English. 50 and PACHAAS RUPAYE in Hindi in centre. 50 on top corners. RBI seal in lower right corner and Ashoka Pillar on lower left corner. Serial number on top right and lower left. M. K. GANDHI in Hindi and English below portrait. A floral see through register above Ashoka Pillar. Security thread on right half. Identification feature in Braille in the form of a square added in left centre margin.

Reverse

BHARATIYA RESERVE BANK in Hindi with Parliament House in the centre. 50 in three corners. FIFTY RUPEES in lower right and PACHAAS RUPAYE in Hindi in lower left. Language panel on left.

Microlettering
